Explore a range of local wellbeing providers offering holistic treatments to fun activity-based sessions. Whether it’s singing, yoga, relaxation or something totally new — come see what’s out there! Chat, connect, and discover simple ways to support your health and happiness.

We’ll be having some tables and representatives from local groups in the parlour (at the back of the pub) and we’ll also have some free taster workshops, focused on women’s wellbeing (see below).

Taster Workshops
Join us for a transformative women’s wellbeing experience designed to energise your body, restore balance and help you reconnect with your natural rhythm. This supportive taster day brings together movement, education and relaxation in a welcoming space for women of all ages.
Please note these timings are approximate as we advised you to come along a bit earlier.

Move freely, lift your mood, and lose yourself in the music in a safe, judgement-free environment. - Yoga Nidra

1.30-2pm
Guided awareness through different body parts, inducing a state of deep, calm awareness while remaining awake.

We have a small car park ourselves and Bank Loke car park is just next door – just one minute away! Parking is free after 6pm. We are a 10 minute walk from North Walsham train station and 200 yards away from the town centre, tucked in down Black Swan Loke.
We have an accessible toilet and baby changing facilities in the theatre.
