Step onto the red carpet and into a night of glamour, scandal… and murder.
You’re invited to the glittering premiere of a brand-new film. The stars have arrived. The producers are schmoozing. The flashbulbs are popping. From top A-list celebrities to influential industry insiders, everyone who’s anyone is there… But somewhere between the red carpet arrivals and the scrolling opening credits — someone has been murdered.
Now it’s up to you to uncover the truth.
Join us for an interactive, fast-paced whodunnit packed with secrets, suspense and plenty of twists. Keep your eyes peeled, follow the clues and decide… who did it?
Performed by North Walsham People’s Theatre Company (members of our adult acting groups here at the Black Swan Theatre).
Dress code (optional)
Dress to impress! Vintage 1920s/30s glamour is encouraged — think flapper dresses, feather boas, sharp suits and old Hollywood elegance.
Make a night of it with a cheeseboard (optional)
Add a delicious cheeseboard to your ticket for £11.50 per person and enjoy it during the performance. The cheeseboard will feature some Norfolk Cheese from our own Norfolk Cheeses Deli (in the pub). Doors are 6.30pm, cheeseboards served at 7pm with the show at 7.30pm.

The audience will be seated around tables of 6. You are encouraged to book up tables of 6, smaller bookings will share tables (get to know your fellow audience members… or suspects!).

The Black Swan Theatre is a separate building to the pub, located opposite the Black Swan pub.

We have a small car park ourselves and Bank Loke car park is just next door – just one minute away! Parking is free after 6pm. We are a 10 minute walk from North Walsham train station and 200 yards away from the town centre, tucked in down Black Swan Loke.
We have an accessible toilet and baby changing facilities in the theatre.
For most shows we open the bar inside the theatre itself and you are welcome to buy a drink from the pub and bring it over too.
The pub and theatre are both us! That means your ticket purchase and any drinks or food you buy in the pub helps support our community projects.
