AN INTRODUCTION TO SWING
Discover the joy of swing dance; a lively, upbeat partner dance that grew out of the jazz era of the 1920s–40s. With its bouncy rhythms, spins and playful style, swing is all about great music, connection and having fun on the dance floor. All the moves are scalable, meaning they can suit all ages and capabilities!
This four-week course will introduce you to the fundamental steps and rhythms, helping you build confidence week by week in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
