A hilarious, energetic pantomime based on Dickens’ favourite Christmas tale. With audience participation, cracker jokes, puppetry and familiar Christmas cheer – Oh yes it is! Come boo and hiss at ol’ Scrooge and see that A Christmas Carol is not just for Christmas! All characters performed by Danny O’Hara in some shape or form, or maybe you can help… Great for all ages!

Help spread the word
Help us grow our community pub and theatre! Share this page link or any info about the event. Word-of-mouth and personal recommendation is a strong way to help us get the message out!
The venue
The Black Swan Theatre is a separate building to the pub, located opposite the Black Swan pub.
Black Swan Theatre, Black Swan Loke, North Walsham, Norfolk. NR28 9BX
There’s a map on our Contact page.
We have a small car park ourselves and Bank Loke car park is just next door – just one minute away! Parking is free after 6pm. We are a 10 minute walk from North Walsham train station and 200 yards away from the town centre, tucked in down Black Swan Loke.
We have an accessible toilet and baby changing facilities in the theatre.
For most shows we open the bar inside the theatre itself and you are welcome to buy a drink from the pub and bring it over too.
The pub and theatre are both us! That means your ticket purchase and any drinks or food you buy in the pub helps support our community projects.
Check out our up-to-date listings to see if we’re offering an evening menu on top of our usual daytime offering.
